I live in a place where the majority of the year the climate is cold. So hot water is essential for us and sunmax is the only system that provides good hot water and the others we used were weak in terms of water temperature.

I bought their solar heat pump system last month only and so far it's running good. It's only a month and I will update if there's any issue comes.

I got a lot of reair dones and lot of issues keep happening for my previous solar heater like the water would evaporate constantly until I finally decided to replace it with Sunmax heat pumps and so far no such issues are happening.

I am using their heat pumps for 5 years. And for the heat pumps to last longer I service it once every 6 months and thoroughly clean the glass tubes and other important parts without any dust and my system looks like a new one even now.

The prduct is all about Extreme energy conservation. Unlike traditional water heaters it maintains a study temperature all the time and therefore will give hot water with less energy cosumed.

Everything is charged upfront and there are no hidden fees for transport, installation all is covered upfront. I previously had bad experience with other heat pump companies who charged more and more money for everything.

Very cost effective. I'm all about saving money, particulary energy bills these days are quite high. In my experience their unit is very cheap compared to others.

I had a an average experience with them. They told me that they will fix my heat pump in a day but it took them 2 days to come and fix it.

Thourough installation done by the installation team and they also gave us a good briefing on the product.

Heating system is good it don't take much time to deliver hot water, immediately after installation I checked and got hot water within minutes in all units.

Service is good, I've been using their heat pump for almost 7 years now. Now there are some occasions it needed a service and they fixed it immediately.
